The ENSIA organised a workshop on 11 and 12 December 2021 on Innovation and 3D printing. Prof Tawfik Benabdallah, Director of the Laboratory of Innovation of Industrial Products & Systems at the National Polytechnic School of Oran and his team (M. Bacetti, M. Bensaid and M. Brezini) animated the workshop on 3D printing.
During the first day, a conference titled: Introduction to Rapid Prototyping: Tooling Innovation was presented by Prof Tawfik Benabdallah.
A training course on “Rapid Prototyping: the case of parts for the fight against Covid 19”, followed the conference and was given over two days. The topics covered during this workshop are : Handling a 3D printer, Initiation and choice of parts to be printed, Printing of parts, Specificity of parts for hospital use in emergency situations.
At the end of the workshop, certificates of participation were given to the participants.
