Sami Belkacem is a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Sciences and Technology Houari Boumediene (USTHB) and currently a member of the Computer Systems Laboratory. He received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 2013, a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence in 2015, and a PhD in Artificial Intelligence in 2021 from USTHB University. Sami has completed two doctoral internships: University of Algarve (Portugal) and University of Lyon 2 (France). He has published several papers in international conferences, workshops, and journals.
